2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Lovable (Lovable Labs Incorporated, Boston, USA; EU branch: Lovable Labs Sweden AB, Stockholm). When you visit the website, technically necessary data such as your IP address, time of access, the page requested and browser information are processed in order to deliver the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These data are deleted as soon as they are no longer needed for this purpose. Lovable processes these data on our behalf; transfers to the USA take place on the basis of EU standard contractual clauses.

3. Cookies and Consent

Technically necessary storage in your browser (e.g. your cookie choice) takes place without consent (§ 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG). All statistics and marketing services are only activated with your consent (§ 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.

We integrate these services via Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited), which itself does not set any cookies (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Data may be transferred to the respective parent companies in the USA; these are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. For the Meta Pixel, we are joint controllers with Meta (Art. 26 GDPR, https://www.facebook.com/legal/controller_addendum). Data are stored for a maximum of 14 months, cookies for a maximum of 2 years.

5. Contacting Us

If you contact us via the contact form, by email, phone or WhatsApp, we process your details in order to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract enquiries, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Enquiries are stored on the systems of our hosting provider Lovable and in our email inbox. The WhatsApp button is a simple link; data are only transmitted to WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Dublin) after you click it.

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted no later than 6 months after the last communication. Mandatory fields are required to process your enquiry; beyond that, there is no obligation to provide data.

6. Customers

When we work together, we process the data required for this purpose (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and retain documents relevant under tax and commercial law for the statutory periods of 6 to 10 years (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and withdrawal of consent given (Art. 15 to 20 and Art. 7(3) GDPR). An informal message to kontakt@maybe.marketing is sufficient.

No automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place.
